Life, career and relationship coaching for neurodiverse individuals.
Let us work on your growth mindset together.
Let us work on your growth mindset together.
Growth is an ongoing process; regardless of our starting point, we can all learn, grow and succeed if provided with the right tools in a safe and supportive environment.
We aspire to help individuals, families and organisations understand neurodiversity, practice empathy and develop engaging strategies that will enable individual and group achievements. We work collaboratively with other organisations and services and we help signpost to the right services, ensuring that each individual gets the right type of support, tailored to their needs.
We also advocate for families who find the educational journey challenging.
Now that you have made it so far, it is time to introduce you to the coaching process.
Reaching out and seeking help can be a daunting process, which can at times scare even the bravest. But brave does not mean that we do not feel fear; it means that in spite of our fear, we are engaging with the challenge. So give yourself a pat on the back and be proud that you have made this huge step towards a better future, by acknowledging that there are areas in your life that you could improve with a little bit of guidance, feedback and support. This is where our team come to join your journey - potentially! We have an initial chat to find out what these areas are and whether we are the right type of support for you and your family. We then see if we are a good match and if what we can offer you is the best way for you to get to the future self and reality you desire.
If we agree to work together, we can either choose to have individual sessions, or agree a number of sessions to work on a specific challenge. Our sessions are a stress and criticism-free environment, where you can discuss in confidence and have guidance whilst seeking the best strategies to overcome challenges and achieve your targets, be it about life, career, education or relationships.
We believe that coaching can help you discover your inner strengths and capitalise on your abilities, while developing new skills for life.
The ICH sessions are designed to bring results and return on your investment in learning for a better future.
Our work also includes supporting learners of all ages and abilities with discovering and understanding the learning style, and finding techniques and resources suitable for them. Learning to learn and becoming a lifelong learner have proven to play a significant role in adapting to change and overcoming challenges. It is therefore a focus of our work, to empower individuals with their self-discovery and learning journey.
